Each day we seem to be receiving a few more photos of finished sweaters into our inboxes- which couldn’t be more fun!
Since it seems selfish to keep all of these pictures to ourselves, we thought that we would share them with you! But not without permission… of course!
First up, we have this adorable blue pullover from Susan in Carp, Ontario. She used Splash by King Cole in shade 815 which she picked up at Yarn Forward, in Kanata, Ontario.
Susan thought to throw in a few extra stripes in a solid red, just to make the little red flecks in the yarn POP. In our opinion- it worked! Those few extra rows of red just make this sweater sing!
Nice work Susan!
For those of you who have been following our Ravelry group discussion board, you might recognize this sweater. This adorable sweater was knit by Lynn, the owner of the Purple Sock in Coldwater, Ontario. Lynn has lead a fierce group of knitters through this KAL, and from what we have been told- they all had a blast!. Lynn used a fun yarn called Flash by King Cole in shade 152. Nice work Lynn! We love the summery colours!
Next up is a sweater that was knit by the lovely Sarah, who just so happens to work at the fabulous yarn store Yarn Forward in Ottawa. (Hence the backdrop that is rich in Estelle Yarns, for which she was able to shoot this photo!)
Sarah used Cascade’s Ultra Pima Multi’s to knit up her sweater, and we absolutely LOVE it. So cheerful and bright!
So there you have it… Three finished KAL sweaters to kick off the week!
More photos continue to roll in daily, so we will be sure to post them as they happen.
Thank you again to all of you who have sent us your pictures so far! Job well done- EVERYONE!
There are two weeks left to submit your photos, in order to qualify for prizes, so keep those sweater photos rolling in!
Happy knitting to one and all!
