Fashion Aran 
We all know it and we all love it! This tried and true 75% acrylic, 25% wool blend is one of our best-selling yarns for its versatility and washability.

As the name implies, Fashion Aran is simply perfect for traditional Aran and cable knits. Whether it be in a solid colour or a subtle tweed, you can never go wrong with a classic, timeless pattern. Best of all, Fashion Aran is available in either 400 gram/800 meter balls, or 100 gram/200 meter balls! Got a big project? No problem, we’ve got a big ball of yarn for that! Last year knitters and crocheters asked the burning question at their LYS and King Cole listened! After the huge success with both Drifter Chunky and Drifter DK, many of you wondered about an Aran weight and we are happy to announce that Drifter Aran is now available!
Drifter Aran is a soft and colourful yarn, perfect for blankets, housewares, slipper socks, and warm weather sweaters.
A welcome addition to the Drifter family, this self-striping yarn with a subtle jacquard pattern is machine washable and absolutely addictive to knit with!
Drifter Aran is comprised of 79% premium acrylic, 17% cotton and 4% wool, an excellent blend that creates a durable and breathable fabric with great elasticity. Each 100-gram ball packs an amazing 220 meters, meaning one ball is all you will need for a stylish hat or mittens. There are seven stunning shades to choose from and six coordinating patterns that are sure to feed your creative energy. Sweaters, ponchos, hats and cowls – how will you decide which one to knit first?!
